Making a DVD audio disc that is actually DVD-Video Compliant

What i have is a perfectly good factory DVD player in the car.

However, it only plays standard DVD-Videos.

I basically want to create a DVD-Video with no video and lots of audio files.

Is there a simple way to make a lowbit blankscreen video stream ( that is over 4 hours long), with a high bit audio stream, with basic indexing (songs/albums).

A script or program? Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks

Gary

It really doesn't play MP3s? I was under the impression that all modern DVD players had at least MP3 support, it is a pretty standard feature.

You wouldn't really need any special software, just regular DVD-authoring tools. You could use mencoder to create the VOB files themselves; it is no different from normal DVD conversion, there is just no actual video in this case, just the audio track.
