make test failed on MIME-tools-5.427

Hi ,
I was just trying to install MIME-tools-5.427 but when running
"Make test" , it shows the following error.
Unfortunately i have run through the whole google yet find no other ways to get a proper copy of MIME-tools that is able to be installed well.
Anyone knows what is the problem and how to fix this so i can install it fine?
My aim is just to install amavisd-new but that thing depends heavily on perl modules which is difficult to obtain and install.

Found a solution to this and it worked for me.

Try to reinstall MIME::BASE64
