make error on RH9

Hello, I'm trying to install some program(ekg messanger) on my new RH9 2.4.20-13.9 box, I've never had this type of error on my previous RH's. After running ./configure script I type "make" and I get this:

worap@ekg-20030605]# make
cd lib && /usr/bin/gmake all

Did you install it and is it located where the install expects it to be?
