make a USB stick bootable

The floppy drive on this PC is not working.
I use very rarely.

But I have a boot floppy that I use to make backups, etc.

This PC has USB ports and I have a ScanDisk 128MB USB stick.
The BIOS supports booting from USB.

Can I image off the floppy to the USB stick so I can boot with the USB stick?
How can I do this?
