Maildrop authdaemon problem

Newb Needs Help!

I installed Postfix, Maildrop, and Courier-IMAP in accordance with the instructions listed here: http://ufsdump.org/papers/courier-imap-fc3.html.

However when email comes in, I am having some sort of authdaemon problems. here's is what I see in /var/log/maillog:

May 15 19:31:58 pounddog maildrop[19150]: Temporary authentication failure.
May 15 19:31:58 pounddog postfix/local[19149]: 033688C2F: to=<(user@domain.org>, relay=local, delay=1, status=deferred (temporary failure. Command output: ERR: authdaemon: s_connect() failed: Permission denied /usr/bin/maildrop: Temporary authentication failure. )

Fedora Core 3 / i386.

Not sure where to start looking for help.

Thanks in Advance.
