Unhappy Mail Loop

Please please please :::grovels::: can someone help me.

I am having enormous trouble setting up an aliases list.

I need to be able to get 2 people to recieve each others mail, however, this just keeps causing mail loops and knackering the whole thing.

eg
a: b \a
b: a \b

obviously a will receive their own mail and forward it to b which then forwards it back to a then b etc etc etc etc (continue til bored)

Does anyone know a way of solving this problem...I would be forever grateful.
