Macromedia Flash don't works properly on RH9!

Hi masters!
I've downloaded the Flash plugin from Macromedia website, i ran the script and did an install on Opera 7.11 and MozillaPhoenix 0.6. All seems run well with install, but i cant view flash sites with Firebird. Even i've tried copying files ¨libflashplayer.so¨ and ¨flashplayer.xpt¨ manually to Firebird /plugins/ directory but even so i can't see flash site and Firebird still request the plugin for those sites.
With opera i can see the flash site but not 100% properly. I'm trying to visit //sadeem.net/tux.html but just can see a big black box. No animation! I'm using RedHat 9 with gnome.
Somebody has experienced this too?
Thanks for your help.
Moisvon.

I'm actually running RH 9 with GNOME as well. I downloaded the flash plugin from macromedia's site and everything is working fine.

I can view 6.0 flash(es) with any browsers (galeon, mozilla, konqueror, etc...)

You might have downloaded the wrong rpm package (I don't think i downloaded a tarball for that).

repost the file name of the plugin and i'll see if that was the one that I used.

Hope this helps!
