Exclamation Mac on Linux Video Config problems...any help?

I've installed MoL and it's running fine, except for the video confiuration....I've run molvconfig about four million times and it seems hit or miss....I can get it to run in fullscreen but it's not the right size and the color are correct, but then sometimes it runs in a x window and then the colors are NOT correct....can anyone help me? I want to run MoL in a window and have proper coloration and I don't know what to do...any help would be appreciated.
