M10 TV-Out Black/White

Hello everyone,

I have an acer aspier 1501 Laptop with a Mobility Readon 9600 chip, I used fglrxconfig to get tv-out working, this didn't wokr of course, I had to change one value from AUTO to NONE like described in here.
It is a "SVIDEO - Scart" cable I am using, it works fine except for the color.
I was searching the web, and found out that it seems there are many many people with this problem and as many solutions.

I tried all modes from NTSC-M to PAL-K1, always the same, my cable seems fine (not broken) and I really don't know what to do next.
This is my xorg.conf file

Cable?

I had a similar problem, turns out the cable needs to be a specific sort of svideo and the other type will show a black and white display. Could be the problem.
