Lyx main menu shortcut in Ubuntu
Hello guys,
I'm trying to create a Main Menu shortcut to Lyx, but I'm not being able to do it. I know it must seems like a silly question, but I don't know how to do it! I've been searching, but I haven't found the solution.
I'm using Linux Mint 10 (Julia), which is based on Ubuntu Maverick. This distro came with Lyx, but it wasn't the latest version (2.0), so I installed the newest version from the source cod. It works fine, but I have to start it from the terminal. Not big deal, but I'd prefer to have it in the Main Menu.
So, I tried to create the shortcut, but I cannot find the right file to point to. Lyx folder is located in /usr/local/shared and there's also a folder ~/lyx. Which file do I need to use to create the shortcut? Any ideas?
Thank you very much!
