ltmodem binary for slackware?

ltmodem (if you dunno what it is, google search it) is a linmodem driver that works well on my machine. hoever, I recently moved from redhat 9 to slackware 10, and I cant find a binary of ltmodem for slackware.

I'd compile it myself, but Im missing many of the necessary libraries needed to do so, and Im on dial-up (and dont have slackware disks, Im using zipslack), so its hard to get all those libraries (Glibc took me an hour to get).

so I ask if someone has the necessary libraries available (and is on slackware and an x86) to them if they can either make me/find me a binary of ths program thanks.

edit:
forgot, my kernel is 2.4.26. sorry.

Take the RPM, and use rpm2tgz to convert and install it in Slackware. Not sure if that'll work, but give it a shot.

To compile, all you need is GCC, Automake, and a few other things in the "d" package set.

I'm using Slack10/2.4.26

I've just:

wget http://linmodems.technion.ac.il/packages/ltmodem/archive/source/ltmodem-8.31a3.tar.gz
tar zxvf ltmodem...gz
cd ltmodem-8.3...
tar zxvf sources
cd sources
./configure
make

It seemed to make these files:

lt_modem.o lt_serial.o ltmodem.a ltmodem.spec serial-lt-2.4.a

I've tarballed these files: ltmodem.tar.gz

Now...where can I upload it ;)?
