Low resource music manager

I've recently installed fluxbox and in the spirit of using low-resource apps, I was wondering if anyone knew of any programs similar to say Banshee that can manage music on an iPod as well as tags and organization, etc, etc, that is also relatively quick and uses little resources?

Any suggestions would be nice.

Thanks,
Cotobear

I am not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for but I tried aqualung on an old box a couple of years ago and it was quite light on resources back then. Aqualung has been developed a bit since then so you will have to check for yourself. It is a player, but comes with a xml database for organising metadata for music tracks.

Just tried it out. Thanks for the advice. I actually like it quite a bit, however my only grief is with creating the playlist. It's not very apparent on how to load selections of directories, as opposed to loading selections of files.
