I have been using gnome however when I log in now I get another interface that has no icons, with one terminal window and a clock. I need some help restoring gnome.
I'm going to assume you are using Fedora Core 3? If so, at the login prompt click the session button at the bottom, and change it from failsafe to gnome. Should work, but a lack of gnome should not be seen as a problem :P.
