Looking for Route planning software.

Hi people.
I'm a lorry driver in the UK and i'm looking for some route planning software to run on Ubuntu 8.1.
Yes, i know all about multimap, but i don't want to connect to the internet everytime i need to plan a route.

Any ideas?

Have you looked at RoutePlanner?
http://sourceforge.net/projects/routeplanner/
It doesn't appear to require a connection to the net. It comes with a big database.
