looking for linux media server

looking for a program to serve Video and music on demand and stream music on the internet. Preferrablly mp3 and wma. I also want to be able to access my media files from a Win PC where all of my video are. Any help will be appreciated

icecast and friends may be what you want. I doubt they do wma format though.
