looking for fast pdf conversion tool

I have tried ImageMagik, oowriter(with PDF converter printer driver) ,tiff2pdf and Panda.
tiff2pdf is perfect but i cannot use it in my application because of licence restrictions. The other tools seem too slow or maybe i am using them wrong(I previously posted another question about ImageMagik). Any others out there(GNU licence needed). They also need to be able to handle multiple tiff files.
