Hi Fellow Linuxians,
Does anyone know what Blogging software I can install on my Ubuntu Web server that will automatically send the user's Posts or, better still, offer the option to send the Posts individually to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc., etc.
e.g. Doesn't look like WordPress will do it...

Why do you think WordPress will not be able to do it? Have you had a look at the numerous plugins they have for WordPress? If you do a search on the plugins for Facebook, Twitter and so on I'm sure you'll find more than one in the 11.295 plugins they have listed.
I'm not a WordPress user but Google came up with it in milliseconds as first link, so I doubt you searched well.
