Looking for a Similar Gnome Theme (Found!)

Hello Linux Users!

I have stumbled across what I consider the "holy grail" of gnome themes. It is a two year old mockup but I am curious if anyone has seen this constucted? I find it hard to believe that someone didnt make this theme. You will understand after you look at it.

Yes I have tried with no reply. Is there anything similar that anyone has seen?

Working with the Ubuntu forums I have found a similar window part. Now I am just looking for the top bar and the unique quick launch on the bottom right.
Please give any help you can!!!

I have found a port of this mockup.

Currently there is only the beryl theme... however a GTK is scheduled if anyone is following this thread!
