Looking For a Program That Rotates Mouse Pointer

I have been looking around the "interwebz" for a long time and still haven't found anything so here it goes:

A long time ago I installed something on my Fedora Core 3 system that gave me a nice transparent and glossy mouse cursor that would rotate according to direction of movement. In other words if the mouse pointer was going left, it would rotate and point left. It was really nice, but now I can't for the life of me find it...

Any ideas? Pointers? (pun not intended)

If you still have your Fedora Core 3 box just copy this program from there ?

On another board, someone said something about Compiz but I couldn't find anything (I already have that installed).

I also looked on gnome-look and nothing...

From what i remember the cursor I had was a nice glossy black transparent, it would kind of squish on itself when I clicked and it would always point to the direction of motion.

Come on I know whatever it was it's still out there!
