Lightbulb Looking for a FIPS certified IPsec VPN Client for Ubuntu & other Linux flavors

The subject line says it all. I'm looking for a NIST FIPS 140-2 Certified IPsec VPN Client for a DOD application. It must work with Ubuntu and other Linux derivatives would be helpful too.
