Login Window changed after configuring Xgl Compiz!!

Hi all!!

I'm using an

AMD 3000+ 1.6 GHZ
512 Ram
nVidia GeForce 4 32 Mb
1024 x 768 LCD Display
Suse 10.1
Kde 3.5.1

Configuration of xgl, compiz etc was fine, it all works with entire satisfaction yesterday, however when I started my laptop this morning I found that my blue login page was changed to a grey one and that once log in I was not able to change or start new session, the turn off option was gone and I had to invoke init 0 to turn it off.

Can anyone help me!

I don't know if it help but if ever I invoke SUSEconfig (Even as su) I get command not found

Thx..

1) enter the full path to the executable, and it should run (especially if you su to root first).
or
2) export PATH=$PATH:/sbin/SuSEconfig
to add the path to the executable to your user or root path ( if you execute the command as user, it's added to user's path. If you execute the command as root, it's added to root's path).

Login problem solved.....

Hi dudes,
I solved my problem. This post is to help
those who will encounter the same prob..
Find your 'displaymanager' configuration file
then, set

DIAPLAYMANAGER to 'kdm' instead of 'gdm"

That's simple...
