location of themes in RH 8?

Ok, Ive been trying for days to get some KDE themes ive downloaded to work, namely liquid and keramik with the transparent kicker. Ive gotten through the ./configure and make parts, and Ive found where it installed to, but from what I hear redhat uses some kind of goofy location for its KDE themes. Ive tried putting things in my PATH, copying files into other locations, etc. Can someone give me an honest answer on where themes are supposed to be installed?

Redhat 8.0 stores its themes in the following directory.
/usr/share/themes/
