I've install linux6.2 to a different partition
and lilo to the first boot sector.

1)When i boot through the diskette everything is ok.
But when i try to boot using Loadlin i just can't
see my mouse though it's still there.

2)There's no sound coming off the speakers. I've a
Creative Sound blaster Live Player card and it's
working fine in my Windows 98 partition.

I don't know about the mouse, do you mean you can't see it in X? Might need to reconfigure X with Xconfigurator.
The sound you will want to run sndconfig to configure your sound card.
