Linux Ubuntu flash player for opera

i just downloaded opera web browser for linux and i try to install flash player for opera but it ony goes to the mozilla firefox directory. How do i get flash player on Opera

How did you install Flash? did you install the flashplugin-nonfree package? If no, do so.

Opera looks at FF's plugins directory anyway..
