Linux Online Billing

Ok I have seen some things asked like this before and I have seen a joke made of it but mine is pretty basic. I need some software for linux that will allow a user to create a user name and password and then allow them to enter for a length of service.. Like one month 2 months ectra and then enter there credit card and will auto bill there credit card why gaining access to the website. and then if possible at the end of there term send them a reminder 10 days or so before and can terminate or send a notice to me to teminate when there service should be done. I currently have a couple redhat boxes running apache and one that runs tux so I will switch among versions if I have to. Thanks for any help.. Even if I have to program sections of it I will just if someone can point me to resources for most of it.. Thank you in advance.

You might take a look at Zeiberbude:

http://zeiberbude.sourceforge.net/

http://fr.rpmfind.net/linux/sourceforge/zeiberbude/

If you check Zeiberbude out let me know what you think of it. I have toyed with the idea of creating a system that will allow a public library to run Linux on their free public Internet access machines. I would be interested in doing something like you are doing except that the accounts would be based on library card numbers and while the useage is free it is time limited.

Not exactly

What I want is to have people pa for my websites content. the best sites I can think of are like P0rn but its not that. What I plan on doing is streaming online education. So I am looking for a video server (Darwin is what I am looking closely at.) and a Way for people to Pay for the content. I only am looking at paying for the computer hardware and the ISP service. I want people to be able to login for intro to Spanish and pay 10.00 bucks a month or advanced excel. I don even know if what I envision is possible but I know linux is my best best and I have to pay for the hardware and the connections so I have to bill them a little. the more users I have the less they pay type of thing. But that will be after it make enough to pay my Internet connection up to date and the hardware.. Let me know what you think about the billing software.

I need to bill a credit card once a month per person from initial login and keep billing them till they cancel.
Its not an Internet cafe. Its strictly web site. the software could be the same as what they use for POrn but I would like free or nominal cost. I can make some modifications if it comes close..

And I am also an ISP so if you have an other billing software that runs on linux that would bill for hot spots . it would be great to know.

Thank you in advance.
