Linux Driver for Samsumg SGH-D900

I have a Samsung SGH-D900 with its USB cable, and tried to connect to my Netbook - Ubuntu 10.04 to download photos, but the Netbook doesn't recognize the Cell Phone. Is there a Linux Driver for Samsung SGH-D900?

Are you saying it doesn't recognise it at all or it picks it up as a modem instead of storage?

Try running 'tailf /var/log/messages' in a terminal then plugging in the phone, if the cable and/or phone aren't faulty you should see some messages appearing - please post them.
