Yes, I have a 20GB logical DOS partition in my 50GB windows extended partition. I deleted the 20GB logical DOS partition and created
2GB partition for Linux installation. It means I have deleted my data in the 20GB logical DOC partition. And I created the rest of 18GB partiotion as a DOs partition and format it with NTFS format. I wonder if some disk recovery software can recovery the logical dos partition data. Please help me!

In my understanding, it's relatively simple to restore erased partitions (like, you've formatted them). In contrast, it's up to nearly impossible to restore files when the original partioning table can't be restored. - BTW, most recovery tools are for Windows.

In my eyes, chances are bad, unfortunately.
