LinuxQuestions.org - Linux Boot stuck in endless loop.

I am fairly new to linux so please forgive me.

I installed redhat linux 8.0 about 3 weeks ago and it was working great. The only program that I have been able to successfully download and get running is TeamSpeak 2. Just so you know what else is on the comp.

So I downloaded a 100 MB file BF1942 server. I tried using the file roller program to uncompress the file and it took like 30 mins. In the end it ended up erroring out. I didnt know what else to do so I rebooted the computer thinking it might work after I rebooted.... Nope.

I ended up in an endless loop with a error that says
"drm:810_Flush_Queue *error* lockup"
I dont really know what this error means but im pretty sure the 810 has something to do with the video card. (Its an Intel i815) Then the computer displays the linux text login screen and then it goes blank as if to initialize the graphical login, I get the error again and it repeats... Forever.

If I reboot I get a couple of errors says "Write Error: Disk Full"
I did manage to get logged in one time. I ran a "ls -l -a -p" and there was a file in my home dir. it was called .xsession-errors and it was 17+ GB. Now I think I need to delete this file but I cant login nor do I know the command to delete a file.

I have tried to use the interactive startup by pressing 'I' but I think its just for show because it doesnt actually work.
I have also tried using the command prompt that you can choose at the beginning before its starts up but then I am in way over my head and I cant do anything in there.

Any help you might be able to offer would be much appreciated.
