Question Linux and UltraVNC

Hi! I've a Windows machine where is running ultraVNC server. In the official site is written that it do not exist a linux client but is possible to use a java viewer client. Do you knows any java client? I've tried using tightVNC but Firefox freezes everytime I try to open the index.html

you dont need a java client. If you have java installed on the system, you cna simply use the browser by typing the ip addres and specifying port 5800
for example:

http://12.345.67.890:5800

this will open a VNC session at the specified address and give you a loing prompt for the password to get into the system. If the remote user is using a router, they need to open ports 5800 and 5900.
