Linux & BLITZKRIEG

anyone pick up the wwii simulation Blitzkrieg? if you did, you know the sucker is about 2.5 gig installed and runs on windows. it's a later model game that i think runs great under windows 2000 (relatively speaking) but i'm wondering if i might get a speed increase if i figured out how to get it running under Wine.

here's the recommended setup:
Pentium III 500 MHz, 128 MB Ram, Win2k
3D Video with 8 MB ram (32 perferred)
8.1 DirectSound
500 mg hard disk space.

how nice it would be if this thing could run under an OpenGL window on my Dell Inspiron Laptop!

Any takers on just how much luck I'm going to have trying this under Wine? what version of Wine to use? and just how to go about it ?

not critical just curious

cheers
