Linkig library

Hello All,

I am using Qt 3.4...
My Ques is ->
How do I link a libaries like crypto++ .. in a project

the syntax that I used in my *.pro file is

Quote:

unix:LIBS +=-lcryptLib -L/root/Desktop/encryption/crypt1source/cryptoLibrary/cryptLib/Debug

where cryptLib.lib is my library file and the path where library file is /root/Desktop/encryption/crypt1source/cryptoLibrary/cryptLib/Debug

The -l flag expects a file to follow this naming
convention;
If the flag uses

Code:

-lcryptLib

the library NEEDS to be called

Code:

libcryptLib.a

for static linkage, and

Code:

libcryptLib.so

for dynamic.
