Limited Exchange Mail Server replacement

Need to setup a mail server for a 50 employee company (replacing MS-Exchange). Their 3 main needs are mail send/receive, Support for Outlook and Web clients, and some type of Global address book function. They have no need for the other Exchange groupware features, such as calender, scheduler, public folders, etc.

What would be a simple, stable and inexpensive solution?

TIA,

Al
