LILO color patch error

I tar -xvzf lilo-22.3.4.tar.gz then i 'cp lilo-colors-1.21.1.tar.gz /tmp/lilo-22.3.4' I go into the lilo-colors directory under lilo-22.3.4 and i do make patch and heres what i get

Well you should make sure you get the patch for the right version, otherwise you will get conflicts. If you can't find the right version then you will probably have to patch it manually by editing the code.
