Question LiLo boot+ EZ bios


ok my Question is.. i have windows on a 30gb partition and linux on a nother HD thats 1.2gb (untill i learn it better)
my Q is.. i need EZ bios on the main drive that boots... BUT would Lilo Over write EZ bios?

errr i should say i want to put linux on that Second HD.. but i can't have ezbios Screwed up

I know that people have used lilo with EZ-BIOS, even though the official word is that it won't work. If you choose to install lilo on the boot partition as opposed to the Master Boot Record (MBR), it shouldn't touch the first drive at all.

lilo and exbios can definitely cohabit fine, i have that at the moment.

you might like to konw that linux doesn't need ezbios no matter what size drive you're using, as the kernel deals with things at a much lower level than windows ever could
