Lightweight server window manager

I'm looking for suggestions for a lightweight server window manager. Realistically, it will probably only be used for opening a bunch of Xterm windows, and maybe also used in conjunction with a VNC server.

I really only have 2 requirements:
1) It needs to run on OLD servers, say a dual processor 233Mhz with 256-512 of RAM, without slowing everything down.
2) I needs to look DIFFERENT. Believe it or not, I'd run CDE if I could. Essentially, I want something that screams "this isn't KDE, this isn't gnome, this is an important server and you shouldn't even be looking at it unless something's horribly wrong!"

Thanks for any advice,
Jason.

Fluxbox may meet your needs because its lightweight and its not resource hungry.
