I am new to Linux, and I haven't got a clue what is the problem!

Does anyone know what to do?

Why you don't use the tool for install packages in Mandriva?
Read this:
http://mandrake.vmlinuz.ca/bin/view/Main/UsingUrpmi
and them
Code:
urpmi licq
as root
