libtcl8.3.so


Yep it's another newbie..

OKé i'm trying to install aMSN and that one needs wish.
Now i've read that this is a program which comes with tcl/tk
But when i'm trying to install that it always asks for libtcl8.3.so, even when i put the damn file in the usr/lib folder. What can I do..
Please help me.. i'm not getting anywhere like this..

(i've got Fedora Core 2 BTW)
