Thumbs down LibreeOffice and Microsoft Office problem.

Hello.
I created a .doc file via LibreOffice and when open it to Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 all format corrupted and my texts has been messed up. I used clear format button in Microsoft word but problem not solved. How can I fix it?

Thank you.
