Libraries

I downloaded some files from a website and they are libraries. I did a ./configure, make, make install for each of the libraries.

The libraries are gaol, mathlib, and elisa (all contain .cpp, .c. and .h files)

What I want to do is make the libraries imentioned above in the the PC world so I can use them in PC applications!!

How do I determine which source files make the libraries. I assume when I extracted the files from the .tar file that all the source files should be there!!! Am I correct

Thanks for the help
