libfreetype.so.6 dependency error when install OpenOffice on Slackware13

Hi guys,

I try to install OpenOffice on Slackware, but I get dependency error on libfreetype.so.6 file.

Code:
Package Name: ooobasis3.2-core04-3.2.1-9502.i586.rpm rpm --upgrade --ignoresize -vh --relocate /opt=//opt /root/Downloads/OOO320_m18_native_packed-1_en-US.9502/RPMS/ooobasis3.2-core04-3.2.1-9502.i586.rpm Returns: 1 Error during installation error: Failed dependencies: libfreetype.so.6 is needed by ooobasis3.2-core04-3.2.1-9502.i586 Package Name: openoffice.org3-3.2.1-9502.i586.rpm rpm --upgrade --ignoresize -vh --relocate /opt=//opt /root/Downloads/OOO320_m18_native_packed-1_en-US.9502/RPMS/openoffice.org3-3.2.1-9502.i586.rpm Returns: 1 Error during installation
This is the error msg from installation of OOO. I run

find / -name "libfreetype*"

and found that I have the file in

/usr/lib/

directory. How can I show it to OOO installation or do I have to update it?

Thanks in advance.

Run ldconfig to update shared libraries and try again.
Why didn't you install with tgz package?

I didn't see tgz package in OpenOffice site. In their wiki is written to convert rpm to tgz with rpm2tgz. I try to install packages that have dependency, but can't run calc or write. So the only choice is to fix dependency on libfreetype.so.6

Hi,

ldconfig didn't help, but the package from slackbuilds.org did a great job. Thanks!
