I am looking for a web frontend for LDAP servers that has good support for custom LDAP schema definitions.
Ideally it should support at least openldap and MS active directory (sorry).

I have been playing with phpldapadmin (so far only with openldap as the backend) and it looks like it does what I need, except for the fact that (unless I am missing something) for self written schema definitions I need to create custom templates for creation / modification of entries.

The template definition in phpldapadmin looks reasonably straight forward but it would scale a lot better if it could just automatically determine what objects are available in the schema and dynamically create input masks based on this information. (If this is actually possible?)

Is there any software (including commercial solutions) out there that does this, or that at least lets me configure the templates through a GUI rather than forcing me to write xml templates?
