Unhappy "ld" problem in installation


hello to all, i'm Redhat 7.3's user. my problem is i got an error when i'm try to install a software called BRO. they have show me an error like this when i give 'make' command:


#make
.
..
...
...
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -ltermcap
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make:*** [bro] Error 1

could anyone help to solve this problem. my head got headache to overcome this error...
