Post Latex, Hyperlink to a reference and from reference to where it is used

Hello,
I know using \cite one can refer (and have a hyperlink) to a paper or a book at the bibliography. However, does anyone know any way to add hyperlinks, or pages where that paper is cited? (I want it to appear at the bibliography) My goal is anyone looking at the biblio can go and see what has been used from that paper.

Thanks,
Roy

I am a bit confused by what you are asking. The hyperref will allow you to insert links which after being clicked could take you to the paper you cited. Do you want that link to take you to the exact page where the thing is that you cited? I do not think that is necessary when writing a paper, for example in IEEE format you have to specify the page in the paper you cited as to make it easier for the reader to check with the works cited.

There is also another package called backref which helps you add reference to pages/sections/etc in your paper so you can sort of browse it like an internet page.

hyperref

http://ctan.math.utah.edu/ctan/tex-a...ref/README.pdf

backref

Thanks for your reply. What I wanted was to create an index for the list of authors which were cited in the text of paper.
It's not a mandatory section but I intended to do for my own interest.
Your reply also is of great help for my other work.

Thanks,
Roy
