Lagging after installed RH9


I have Redhat9 running on a 950-AMD , 128mg ram , and a 80-gig hard drive with only RH9 ,

I installed it then , started using it then noticed its lagging alot

What is going on , is 128mg ram e'nuf , have i set some thing rong would it be the monitor refresh doing it .. I NEED HELP

??????

RH recommends 192MB RAM if you are using the X-desktop.

Well RH9.0 is definately slower than the previous versions of the distro.And if you don't use X windows,I think that you would be satisfied with it.Anyway RH recomends 192MB of RAM for RH9.0.I think if you find it too slow,you could try any of the previous versions of the distro.
