kTheme Problem.
 

I'm using Suse 9 with kde 3.1

How do i install a ".ktheme" file? I've been reading trough this forum and people said via the Theme manager --> LooknFeel in the Control menu. My problem is now i dont have a Team Manager listed in the Control menu is there any other way to install a ktheme file?
