KPlayer can't play streaming video

Hi all.
I'm trying to play inet streaming video using KPlayer, I don't know what's the prob but it says:

Couldn't resolve name for AF_INET: webstream.bashtel.ru
Couldn't resolve name for AF_INET6: webstream.bashtel.ru
No stream found to handle url http://webstream.bashtel.ru/test1
Resolving webstream.bashtel.ru for AF_INET...
Resolving webstream.bashtel.ru for AF_INET6...
Exiting... (End of file)

Tried "prefer-ipv4 = yes" option in mplayer config but it didn't help.

Any ideas people?

p.s. I've already asked similar question, but in this case I think the prob is a little bit different.
