Kopete Problems SOCKS/ PROXY CONFIGURATION

I'm using Xandros with KDE 3.4 Environment, I'm having problem with Instant Messenger (Kopete) it wont connect to the Internet. my computer is behind the firewall and it needs Socks/proxy to connect.

Could you tell me where is the BLODY-HELL Socks / Proxy Configuration setting on KOPETE.

I found nice article in movingparts.net/b/?p=88 but still i cant found the Proxy configuration settings dialog in KDE’s control center.

Please help me .. !
