Kopete - Can't receive webcam image

I'm using Kopete in Kubuntu 6.06. I have used port forwarding to allow ports 6891 and 6892 on TCP/UDP packets as per the instructions on the brief support page.

I get the accept or decline message come up, and i accept. Then a new window opens which is supposed to have the moving picture in the middle. Instead there is just the message "No webcam images received."

Despite there being no picture, the light on my modem is flashing as though i am receiving pictures, and my msn contact is telling me we're connected.

Any ideas?
