Kontact startup error: The akonadi PIM srvice is not operational.


Hello,
A while ago I configured contact to automatically sync the calendar and contacts with google so stuff would be synced automatically between my android an my computer.

now when I open the kontact application I get this errro:

Hello again,
I managed to solve the problem in an unfavorable way:
I deleted akonadi folder /home/user/.config/akonadi
I used the KDE Akonadi troubleshooting to reset akonadi

Then I started akonadi and I found out that is was running on SQLite not MySql and now everything is running fine
