kontact 0.8 / kmail 1.6.1 server

Thanks for taking the time to read this

Having had Mandrake 10.0 Comunity up and running for a few weeks, I am generally very pleased with the increase of speed.

I was very enthused when Kontact came with the distro as I am trying to convert out of Office for my business. { now if I can only find, help with a program that will replace Quickbooks ... }

One area I am having problems with is Kmail - previous releases did have the ' leave mail on server ' option and after looking for it in the current release, I have come to you for your advice as I can't find it in the kontact 0.80 / kmail 1.6.1 release.

If anyone knows how to enable this function, please let me know as I won't use kmail until I am confident I won't be deleting message on our mail server

Settings->configure KMail Then under Network, recieving tab. Select the server, Then click modify. The option is Delete message from server after fetching.

My problem was that I revised the default IMAP account

When I added a new POP3, its there
